Company
With more than 40 years of history and experience in the cold forming of metal sheet is Junior your ideal partner for design and production of progressive dies, transfer dies and manual dies in sectors such as automotive, household appliances, heating systems and air conditioning.
The company was originally founded in the house garage in 1980 on the initiative of one the current founding members after evaluable experiences in local workshops specialized in the production of dies for cold forming of metal, stainless steel and various steel alloys.
In 1990 a large ground in the current industrial area was bought and with great courage and determination e medium size industrial building was built. In that moment the forces of the other family members and current partners gathered and the company “Junior snc” was founded.
In 2000 a new enlargement of the production facility was implemented thanks to the important customers acquired, where new machinery was installed and additional personnel was employed in order to be able to satisfy the continuous request of the dies produced in Junior from customers belonging to international market.
The constant and continuous growth both in turnover and new customers in the following years led to a further expansion of the production department with more sophisticated and technologic machineries. Junior exported at the time more than 90% of the dies produced.
In 2016 “Junior snc” changed the company name in “Junior srl”, and became a Limited Company.
In 2017 the last company enlargement was completed and the current company dimensions of 5.500 sqm are reached, 5.000 sqm in the production area and 500 sqm as offices.

The company policy always oriented to technology and innovation is further enhanced through the introduction in Junior of the project “Industry 4.0” for the interconnection of the management systems, production ERP and state of the art machine tools including the new robotized automatic warehouse for tools with 1530 cells. In this way flexibility, improvement and optimization of production process and productivity are ensured as well as the best quality of the final product.
